Full Time, Fixed Term 1 year, KS2 Teacher September 2021.    Are you an outstanding teacher who can inspire, motivate and make learning fun?  Do you want to work in a supportive and welcoming school that puts the needs of the children at the heart of everything it does?  If so, Totley Primary School is the place for you!    The Mercia Learning Trust is looking to appoint an outstanding, main pay scale teacher for teaching across KS2 however, will be primarily for one class.   The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom skills, including a sound understanding of how children learn.  They will also have the ability to forge excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and most importantly, our children.  They must be a team player who is an exceptional teacher of English and maths, as well as having the knowledge and skills to inspire children’s learning in all wider areas of the curriculum.     In return, we can offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive team, whose wellbeing is prioritised and who work together to ensure the best outcomes for all our children, not only in school but across the Mercia Learning Trust.  Because of this, our children make very good progress and we have strong relationships with parents and members of the community.  We actively encourage high quality CPD and there are opportunities to work with a range of outstanding staff and outside consultants.    If you are interested in applying for the role, please submit a Mercia Learning Trust Application recruitment@merciatrust.co.uk  Closing Date: Sunday 20th June 2021  Please note we do NOT accept CV’s or Sheffield City Council Application Forms.
