Dear Candidate,
Thank you for your interest in the position of Key Stage 2 teacher here at our school. Upottery is a school of 109 pupils situated in the Blackdown Hills on the Devon/Somerset border. The school is currently structured as follows: Wren class (Reception/Y1); Kingfisher class (Y2/3); Kestrel class (Y4/Y5) and Falcon class (Y6).
Our school prides itself on our Core Whole School Values and the excellent relationships between pupils, staff, governors, parents and the community. We aim to provide a broad and balanced curriculum for all our children, through learning experiences that enrich and captivate. We were graded as ‘continuing to be good’ by Ofsted in December 2017.
The post: Key Stage 2 teacher; part time (0.6); pay scale: M1-3
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, outstanding teacher, to join our diligent and committed teaching team. This post would involve teaching Year 4 and 5 children.
