What skills and experience we're looking for

• Have experience of teaching in across the primary age range specifically Key stage 2.

• Be an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to reflect on their own practice

• Have an excellent understanding of how children learn

• Have a secure understanding of behaviour and the importance of relationships

• Have the ability to secure pupil progress and accelerate learning

• Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve their full potential

• Be able to inspire and motivate children with engaging high quality teaching

• Work in partnership with parents/carers and other members of staff to promote the well-being and educational progress of each pupil

• Be an excellent and positive communicator with both children and adults and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
