What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have high expectations for all children with an understanding of how to ensure excellent progress
- Have experience in successfully leading a subject area with whole school impact
- Be a role model for teaching and pedagogical excellence
- Lead a subject or group of subjects across school – subject to negotiation based on expertise/interests
- Be willing to participate fully in the wider curricular life of the school
- Commitment and aspiration to excel professionally
- Have experience as a strong KS2 practitioner
