What we are looking for:
We look for passionate individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. You will be used to planning and consistently delivering high quality lessons, will have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A well-qualified specialist, holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, you will have the ability to teach Key Stage 3. We look for professional’s who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.
In line with the STCPD guidelines, if you are a current recipient of a TLR 1 or TLR 2, you are unable to hold both a TLR 1 and TLR 2 concurrently, this role carries a TLR 2BB and therefore please take this into consideration before applying for this role. A teacher in receipt of either a TLR1 or a TLR2 may also hold a concurrent TLR3.

About Broadoak Academy
Broadoak Academy is part of CLF which is a 3-19 organisation with a mix of primary, secondary and an all through academies. It is located in the south of Weston near to Uphill Village, Weston-super-Mare.
