What skills and experience we're looking for

Westlands School is looking to strengthen our highly successful, friendly and supportive team with an innovative, effective and ambitious Mathematics Teacher to support the Subject Leader as a Key Stage Co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will be:

A skilled practitioner with a positive outlook.

Passionate about teaching Mathematics.

A team player who will fit well with our existing department.

Dedicated to enabling our students to make excellent progress.

Able to deliver good outcomes for all students.

This position would be suitable for a candidate aiming to

progress to a leadership role, who will be able to show that they can consistently teach to a very high standard and have had a positive impact on either a whole school initiative or within their Maths department.

Our Maths Department believe in the power of collaboration and have a long track record of success in all Key Stages. We offer A Level Mathematics to our KS5 students and Statistics at KS4.
