The role

North Oxfordshire Academy are looking for recruit an outstanding Key Stage 5 (KS5) English Lead from September 2023. The role is to provide leadership in the development and management of Key Stage 5 English Language and Literature. Successful candidates will need experience of teaching both English Language and Literature at KS5.

The successful candidate will join our experienced team in the English Faculty, with a focus on sharing good practice. We are looking for a KS5 Lead who has a genuine passion for teaching English and who has the ability to motivate and engage students.
