Job title: KS5 TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS (with a limited amount of KS3/4 teaching)
To start: January/Easter 2021

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mathematics teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The applicant for this role should have KS5 experience, as the position will adopt a significant KS5 timetable, including the planning and delivery of A Level Maths and Further Maths. Maths at KS5 is an extremely popular choice at Ridgewood Sixth Form with strong results. Our KS5 curriculum currently follows the AQA specification including the option modules Mechanics, Statistics and Discrete for students studying Further Maths which the applicant should be confident in delivering.

The successful candidate will also be an effective classroom practitioner at KS3 and KS4 as the timetable will include some of these classes. This role is an excellent opportunity for a teacher to contribute at all stages of our students’ development and to become an important part of our fantastic department who have a trend of continually improving results.
