- Position: L3 SEN Learning Support Assistant for The Willows
- Hours: 30hrs per week (Monday - Friday 8.45am-3.15pm)
- Contract Terms: Permanent (Term-Time only)
- Start Date: Monday 23rd February 2026 (or sooner)
- Salary: Grade 6 (SCP7-11) L3 SEN Learning Support Assistant

Context
We are seeking to appoint 4 enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in our exciting new provision, The Willows at Wilfred Owen. The Willows is an SEN nursery provision to support children with communication and interaction difficulties access education whilst supporting professionals to identify the next steps in their education.
We are looking for four positive, dedicated members of staff who will have high expectations and be committed to raising standards for our children. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic. You will be able to work under pressure and remain calm in all situations. Some experience of working with young children would be beneficial, and evidence of working with children with SEN would be favourable. As a school, we strive to ensure that we are fully inclusive, therefore any additional skills or experience that you can offer would be beneficial.
