L4 Teaching Assistant job summary
We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in our expanding school, who is committed to providing high quality support for our students. The role will entail working with a dedicated pastoral team to support students with a wide range of learning and behaviour needs, with the focus on positive behaviour. Working with class teams to support with BIPs, environmental changes and reward systems.
