The ideal candidate will have successful experience of leading school staff in the management of promoting positive behaviours ideally in a Social, Emotional and Mental Health provision. In addition, we pride ourselves on our culture of working together and using flexible and creative approaches in meeting the needs of all our pupils. We currently provide education for KS2-KS4 students.
