Lead for RE job summary

 We are looking to appoint a hardworking, efficient and highly motivated specialist teacher to lead on the development and implementation of a whole school RE curriculum and to support the SLT in the underpinning of the Christian ethos, vision and values across school. The successful candidate will: 
  •  have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievements in RE;
  •  be a highly effective RE practitioner; 
  • have the ability to work collaboratively and display good interpersonal skills; 
  • provide a happy, safe and inclusive learning environment;
  • engage effectively, communicate well and build upon positive relationships with children,     staff and families in the wider community.
 
Previous Middle School experience is desirable, although not a requirement. Flexible working may be considered. Visits to the school are encouraged.
