What skills and experience we're looking for

A very positive and professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of having used them effectively even in challenging circumstances.
Boundless enthusiasm, energy and ideas for learning, alongside a good sense of humour.
The ability to lead and foster positive professional relationships and work effectively with staff of varying experience.
Proven ability to raise standards in classrooms beyond their own.

And will be:

Efficient and well organised.
Committed to undertake professional duties which make a wider contribution to the life of their school and are regular active participants in community/enrichment events (as required).
Committed to realising the schools vision and aims, including the inclusion and safeguarding of all pupils.

To actively promote and support the vision and direction of the Academy Trust.
To be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
To be an excellent staff coach/mentor.
To effectively lead a designated subject area (Maths or Reading/Writing) or key stage
To effectively lead assessment and moderation across the school and related school improvement plan spotlight (as required).
To contribute positively and pro-actively to the Senior Leadership Team.
