For September 2024, we are seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and committed Lead Practitioner in Design Technology to raise the quality of teaching and learning across the department. DT is currently taught across the ability range at key stage 3. At key stage 4, AQA 3D Design is an option subject and we would like to develop it as an offer in the sixth form. This permanent position is offered on the Leading Practitioner scale, LP1-LP5 (£47,185-£52,074 per annum)

The successful candidate will work with senior colleagues to develop excellent classroom teaching practice and play a key role in the strategic direction of induction and CPD.

Our school is committed to providing excellent CPD at all levels, including weekly teaching and learning development for all and progression programmes for each career stage, from ECT to leadership.
