We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Computing Science Lead Practitioner to oversee KS3, KS4 and KS5 Computing and develop a Digital Literacy Strategy across the school; with a proven track record of having delivered academic rigour and excellent student outcomes to lead our Computing Department – central to this is the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire colleagues to provide outstanding provision for our students. You will also drive some whole-school teaching and learning initiatives to raise the achievement of all students.
You will need to have at least 5-6 years of post-qualification teaching experience ideally as a Head of Computer Science and be able to think strategically, analytically, and creatively as well as being an excellent classroom practitioner.
