Lead Practitioner - English job summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Practitioner in English who has a passion for teaching English and enabling the progression of our students. You will focus on teaching and learning and will work with the Subject Coordinator for English to deliver CPD, coach staff, assist in the development of appropriate and challenging schemes of work and support curriculum delivery of your subject. This is a new and exciting role for the Academy and we are looking for an individual who will make a significant contribution to our large and experienced team.
Our current team offer a range of extra-curricular support sessions to ensure students reach their full potential, and if successful, we would hope that you would share this ethic. Budmouth Academy has a highly successful 6th form and you will have the opportunity to teach post 16; English Literature and English Language.
