What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek to appoint a Lead Practitioner English Cross Phase Links & Aspirations Programme to lead, inspire and motivate students, promoting their personal growth and academic success. There will be a specific focus on improving transition between KS2 and KS3 to maintain standards and progression. The Lead Practitioner English will also lead on the More Able Programme to raise aspirations amongst the students in terms of their futures at Post 16 and beyond.

The vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a high quality and well-resourced environment and to join a team of experienced, successful and highly motivated teachers. The position is to start from September 2023. We are located in Northolt, Ealing.

The post of Lead Practitioner English will be of interest to experienced qualified teachers with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum in the subject at the relevant Key Stages; experience in the More Able Programme ensuring high aspirations; and experience of supporting the transition of students from KS2 to KS3 to maintain standards and progression. The position is on the Lead Practitioner scale which ranges between LP2 £55,051 per annum to L10 £63,033 per annum.
