We work closely with our sister academy, New Rickstones Academy, also in Witham and have a joint Sixth Form provision based adjacent to New Rickstones. Although this role is based at Maltings Academy, all new staff contracts are to work across both academies. Candidates are advised to carefully consider the Supporting Statement section of the application form, explaining clearly how they meet the requirements of the person specification.

Maltings Academy is an 11-16 co-educational Academy for 900 students. The Academy opened in September 2012 on the site of the predecessor school.
