An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join our caring Trust on its exciting journey. Prince Albert Community Trust is looking to appoint an excellent practitioner to join our dynamic team. Our Lead Practitioner for Inclusion and SEND will be a key part of our senior leadership team, responsible for the strategic development of inclusive practice across the school, ensuring all actions are carried out in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
This post will require the successful candidate to be a model of excellent practice, maintain a clear focus on outstanding delivery to learners and ensure a centre of best practice and excellence.
The successful applicant will need to be able to show evidence that they possess the skills and attributes to inspire pupils and ensure outstanding outcomes, continually improving their own practice in order to enable every child to be the best that they can be.
Please note that this is a full time position however applications will be considered for part time.
