Lead Practitioner for Maths job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner who is an excellent mathematician with a proven record of raising attainment.

The successful candidate will be ambitious for themselves, their students and the school. They will consistently aspire to improve and inspire their colleagues and students. They will join a team dedicated to taking the department and school further on their journey from good to exceptional.

The successful candidate will:
· Be an excellent, innovative and reflective practitioner
· Have experience of leading and coaching others
· Be a strong communicator with the ability to manage change
· Be able to motivate staff and students to achieve optimum outcomes
· Possess skills needed to make a significant contribution to driving ongoing pedagogic improvement within the subject.
