A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Lead Practitioner for Science to join a high-potential school on a transformational improvement journey.

 

As Lead Practitioner for science Faculty, you will form a vital role within the senior leadership team in ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of teaching and learning across all subjects and key stages within your faculty. You will lead, support and monitor the work of subject leaders and teachers, as well as contribute to the strategic direction and improvement of the whole academy. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership through our extensive professional development programme, which includes coaching, network training and nationally recognised qualifications.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the network and will feed into the development of excellent practice beyond Ark Evelyn Grace.
