Turner Schools are looking to recruit an exceptionalLead Practitioner for STEM.This is an exciting time for STEM at Turner Schools as this year will be Turner Free School’s first GCSE cohort, and September 2023 sees the opening of our Trust-wide sixth form offering a range of level 3 STEM qualifications. This new role will support the development and integration of teaching & learning within and beyond STEM subjects, so we particularly welcome applications from candidates with a record of improving outcomes for pupils, especially disadvantaged pupils.

Following the two recent Ofsted inspections in the secondary schools, Ofsted commented that at Folkestone Academy: Teachers use their strong subject knowledge to make learning interesting and engaging. They are extremely positive about the high-quality training provided by leaders and the trust. Teachers work closely with each other and with teachers from other schools in the trust”.
