Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2014 we were rated as ‘outstanding’ for the second time by Ofsted and in 2019 83% of students achieved Grade 4 and above in English and Maths We are determined to build on this success by continuing to:

As an outstanding school we are delighted to be able to offer this exciting opportunity for an outstanding Maths teacher to provide both excellent teaching and deliver outstanding GCSE outcomes in a Lead Practitioner role. Based at Southam College in the first instance the successful candidate will work with the Maths department to ensure that all students, but most specifically those in year 11 meet progress targets. Passion is at the heart of our practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you. Be the best you can be!
