What skills and experience we're looking for

The lead practitioner, will work with curriculum areas under the guidance of the curriculum or subject leaders to improve the quality of teaching and learning within their given faculty. They will model exemplary practice and work with colleagues to develop teaching and learning pedagogy in order to improve educational outcomes within the department.
