What skills and experience we're looking for
You would be joining a well established, highly successful, innovative and passionate team, who are committed to excellence. The team have recently shone during a visit from Ofsted, Challenge Partners and also during the IB MYP virtual verification process. We have successfully supported and developed Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in their roles and also trained associate teachers. Most recently, the MFL team has been an active part of the NCELP HUB network.

Wilmington Academy joined the Trust in September 2010. The Academy is very successful, where students from a wide variety of backgrounds and starting points can flourish and succeed. Our curriculum is carefully designed to meet the needs and aspirations of all our young people and we have an extensive programme of enrichment and support that provides extra opportunities for personal development and growth. We are housed in state of the art buildings in a semi-rural location just outside of Dartford. Rated by OfSTED as Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management, Wilmington offers a calm and purposeful learning environment where students can flourish and succeed.
