What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience of managing a team successfully • A track record of positive pupil outcomes • Experience of working in more than one school/Academy • Experience of leading both teachers and associate staff • Experience of monitoring and evaluating aspects of teaching and learning and/or performance management • Evidence of a commitment to self-improvement as a professional • Experience of working in a multicultural, diverse school • Experience of supporting vulnerable young people using a multiagency approach
