What skills and experience we're looking for

The Alpha Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an ambitious individual to work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of teaching and learning in the English Faculty based at one of the Academies or opportunity to work across the Trust. They will be committed to the highest standards of achievement and will be an outstanding practitioner, with a clear vision of how to raise standards through high quality teaching and learning. They will be passionate about reading and developing literacy skills across the academy.
