Lead Practitioner of Mathematics job summary

• To provide inspirational and innovative leadership for the improvement of learning and teaching in Maths and across the school to support 'Oustanding Progress for All'
• To be accountable for continuous improvement in the quality of teaching in Maths
• To contribute to the effective development of the curriculum in Maths
• To model and lead the improvement of teaching skills at Stowupland High School and across the John Milton Academy Trust
• To use a range of data to plan appropriate interventions and pre-emptive strategies for target individuals and groups
• To lead aspects of learning and teaching across the school as part of the Learning and Teaching Team's strategic remit
