As a Lead Practitioner of Science, you will be responsible for driving forward teaching and learning across the whole academy as well as being an excellent teacher in your own classroom. You will work with teachers across a range of subjects to improve their practice and will also be given a whole-school responsibility in keeping with your personal preferences. Academies should be disciplined but also a place of warmth and staffed by people who are caring, smart and hard-working. As a Lead Practitioner you will help shape and embed the ethos of the school and make the academy something that the community can be proud of.
