  • A strategic thinker with the ability to implement trust-wide SEND policies
  • An experienced professional with a track record of improving SEND outcomes
  • A collaborative leader who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A resilient problem-solver capable of navigating complex funding landscapes
  • An individual committed to continuous professional development in SEND

Why Join Us:

  • Make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND across multiple schools
  • Be part of a forward-thinking trust committed to inclusive education
  • Opportunity to shape and lead SEND strategy at a trust-wide level
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of education professionals
  • Access to professional development and training opportunities
  • Competitive salary commensurate with the responsibilities of the role
  • Chance to contribute to innovative SEND practices and policies
