At St John Bosco Arts College, we are committed to providing an ambitious education that empowers our pupils to flourish. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Teacher for Mathematics to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing student outcomes at KS4 and KS5.
As the Lead Teacher forMathematics, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality curriculum intent and implementation across the Mathematics Faculty. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding teaching that directly impacts student progress and attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Assist in developing syllabuses, resources, and teaching strategies that enhance student achievement.
Teaching Excellence: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, modelling best practises and using data to track progress and inform interventions.
Staff Leadership: Inspire and mentor colleagues to improve their teaching practises, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Strategic Improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement policies and practises that drive student success.
