Somers Heath Primary School is looking for a dynamic and driven teacher to lead a core subject area across our school. Our exceptionally well behaved children need teachers who believe that all children, no matter their background, deserve an exceptional education.

Somers Heath is a two form entry primary school with a newly refurbished building and a large site. This role will be a lead teacher for a year group in Key Stage 2 and a core subject leader. The post holder will need to be an excellent class teacher who can be a model for the professional development of others in the school as well as a motivated subject leader who is able to inspire others through their passion for a subject.

As part of Catalyst Academies Trust, a small Thurrock based Multi-Academy Trust with high expectations for all our children, we can offer you excellent support networks. Catalyst also puts career development as a priority, with 80% of senior leaders in The Trust being promoted from within.
