What skills and experience we're looking for

  • A strong honours degree in Chemistry, or in a subject containing a considerable amount of Chemistry.
  • Current experience of teaching outstanding lessons to high-attaining secondary or post-16 students.
  • Passionate commitment to the power of education to ‘change the deal’ for disadvantaged students.
  • Current or recent successful leadership experience of a highly effective Chemistry department.
