What skills and experience we're looking for
- A strong honours degree in Chemistry, or in a subject containing a considerable amount of Chemistry.
- Current experience of teaching outstanding lessons to high-attaining secondary or post-16 students.
- Passionate commitment to the power of education to ‘change the deal’ for disadvantaged students.
- Current or recent successful leadership experience of a highly effective Chemistry department.
