Lead Teacher of KS5 English - TLR 2a job summary

Robert Smyth Academy are looking for a dedicated, motivated teacher looking to take the next step into leadership as a Lead teacher of KS5 English to facilitate the delivery of excellent teaching and learning by all members of the team .

The successful candidate will require a positive attitude to continuous improvement and lead by example. They will also need to have a flexibility to embrace change and implement new developments.
