Lead Teacher of SEND job summary
The Role
We are currently recruiting
for a Lead teacher of SEND with a SENCo qualification or pending. We require a talented leader to continue lead
the department to new heights of achievement. We are setting ourselves high
targets for the development of SEND provision in our all-through school.
General Information
At Tudor Grange Academy excellent teaching and learning is at the heart of all that we do helping students fall in love with learning, embrace a growth mindset and be successful. We use Rosenshine’s 10 principles of instruction as a framework for our Quality First Teaching (QFT) programme. All staff enrol on our Teacher Education Programme (TEP) to develop as researchers and learners to better the quality of provision in the classroom. TGSA is a dedicated reading school.
