What skills and experience we're looking for

The Lead Teacher will provide the operational leadership of all activities relating to the effective management of the school. This will include establishing and sustaining the Trusts ethos and strategic direction through consultation with the school community, Hub Principals Lead Principals and Trust Executive team.
