What skills and experience we're looking for
- Hold a recognised level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Be caring and supportive and committed to achieving excellent results.
- Work alongside the teachers to ensure that learning activities are effective in promoting learning.
- Promote the well-being of our student’s providing guidance and support
- Be able to inspire learning and progress by having an awareness of individual needs and targets to support development.
