Leader of Creative Faculty job summary
We wish to appoint a dedicated, creative, inspiring and energetic professional to be Leader of Creative Faculty from 1 September 2021. The successful applicant will be well equipped to lead the Creative Faculty [Performing Arts, Art, Photography, Design and Food Technology and ICT/Computing], share expertise and continue to improve student outcomes in their subject areas. Applicants will have the knowledge and skills to further develop, lead and implement school improvement strategies to help our students enjoy their learning and achieve their best.
This post would be ideal for an outstanding practitioner, passionate and informed about the best classroom practice in Arts and Technology with ambition and drive, and some leadership experience (perhaps as a head or second in a subject or department or leading a whole school responsibility). Candidates will have a proven track record of delivering successful student outcomes, be an outstanding communicator and have strong data analysis skills.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
