Leader of Learning job summary
We are looking to recruit a talented practitioner to join our school in the position of Leader of Learning. The successful candidate will have a proven record of driving up learning outcomes through their passion for pursuing and sharing forward thinking pedagogical practice.
This out of class position will involve working under the direction of our Lead Assistant Head for School Improvement.
A good knowledge of the latest research on Assessment for Learning and working memory and also experience of participating in a maths hub and leading mastery teaching are key requirements together with being an enthusiastic and supportive team member.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking to develop their career into leadership.
