What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will lead a team of tutors to contribute to the success of our students in achieving their potential. The school has an innovative approach to pastoral care and inclusion which is recognised as a model of excellence, and promotes the role of the form tutor in fostering a culture of learning.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of pastoral leadership.

We are a 11-18 Secondary Academy in South Northamptonshire.
