Experience of leading by example, providing inspiration and motivation for pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community

Experience of successfully initiating and managing change

Experience of dealing sensitively with people and resolving conflict

Experience of holding others to account and having a positive long-term impact

Ability to win the confidence and respect of staff through professional exchange

Experience of coaching and mentoring

• Outstanding communication skills, with a range of audiences both orally and in writing.
• Able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
