What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate and driven teacher or current leader of PE. We
want someone who will harness our all through nature and nurture exceptionality in PE, inspiring
our pupils to be the best possible version of themselves, to understand the importance of healthy
lifestyles and the benefits of sport. If you have the knowledge and skills to lead a committed

We are looking for an excellent PE practitioner and leader with:
- a proven track record in raising pupil attainment as KS4 and KS5;
- high aspirations and expectations of what can be achieved;
- an understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process;
- the skills to work successfully as a team member establishing effective workingrelationships and flexible working practices;
- experience of working in unity and collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils andthe school community;
- strong interpersonal skills and the drive and determination to inspire a team;
- the ability to lead on educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience(including trips, rewards and clubs);
- a measured, positive and inclusive approach to education.
