We seek to appoint a motivated and inspirational Leading Practitioner for Mathematics to join our successful faculty. You will have proven yourself as a talented teacher that secures consistently excellent outcomes. You are passionate about teaching, learning and pedagogy and can lead others to improve their practice. You have an excellent subject knowledge and experience of developing an inspiring curriculum.
Your focus will be on raising attainment in Mathematics by working with other teachers and leaders across the school and 5 Dimensions Trust. You will be expected to support colleagues to deliver lessons to the very highest standards and be open-minded to step in and support when necessary. You will take a leading role in the development of a rich and vibrant curriculum and schemes of work. This is a unique, exciting opportunity for career development towards senior leadership. The area of focus will be determined on evaluation of candidate skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to enact and share vision of the 5 Dimensions Trust, possessing excellent teaching skills and an in-depth knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum, demonstrating the values of the 5 Dimensions Trust. You will have the confidence and communication skills to develop relationships with stakeholders and create inspirational learning experiences.

- Three different Level 3 courses for our Sixth Formers.
You will have the opportunity to develop through our dedicated 5 Dimensions Leadership and Training Centre which offers a wide-ranging and nationally recognised professional development opportunities, including NPQ level qualifications.
