Learning Support Assistant job summary
About this Role:
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly staff team to support pupils within Early Years and our Learning Zone. The post will be offered on a fixed term contract in the first instance to 19th July 2024, working 28.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

We are looking for candidates who:
Enjoy workingwith children and are interested in their development
Have goodknowledge and skills in literacy and numeracy
Will work well aspart of a team, working effectively with children, staff and parents
Are flexible andwilling to take on different challenges and are proactive in their practice inorder to seek out the best ways to engage and enthuse young children
Are creative andresourceful
Have enthusiasmand are willing to develop their practice
Prior experience in working with children either professionally or on avoluntary basis is essential. You will be well supported and appropriatetraining will be provided as required.
