We are seeking to appoint a Learner Welfare and Wellbeing Officer to work across both Primary & Secondary phases of our school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher for Personal Development and Culture. You will work as part of a specialist team including SLT, Year Leaders and a range of other professionals internal and external as required, creating and implementing strategies which address the specific needs of identified learners who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning. The post holder will assist in securing the health, safety and welfare of students, as well as supporting activities and good behaviour in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school.
