Learning and Behaviour Assistant job summary
Queen Elizabeth's Academy is seeking to employ a Learning & Behaviour Assistant. The primary function of this post is to supervise and support students who are required to work in the Isolation Room.
Experience of working with children and young people is essential, with an understanding of the factors affecting the behaviour and attitudes of children and young people. The post will require good communication skills, an awareness of educational requirements and good interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be assertive, confident, well organised and able to work on their own initiative.
Job title: Learning Behaviour Assistant
Working hours: 37 hours per week, term time only
Grade: Grade 3 - actual salary £16,461 to £16,782
Contract: Fixed Term until 30/08/2022
Start Date: As soon as possible

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior leaders and teaching staff.
