Learning and Behaviour Mentors (SEMH) job summary
We are seeking up to two mentors to work with students who experience barriers to engagement in their education, particularly in the aftermath of the lockdowns from the pandemic. The posts are temporary to August 2023. Mentors will work alongside, and in support of, pastoral colleagues and SEND colleagues by planning and delivering intervention programmes and work with individual students and potentially support families. Mentors may work with students in all year groups. Mentors will be ‘lead workers’ for a specific number of students and coordinate planning, reviewing the impact of provision with parents/carers.Supporting documents
