What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled Teaching Assistant to support children through supporting their wellbeing through structured support, and identification of barriers to learning. Full support and training will be provided.

The role will involve supporting children, on a ‘one to one’ basis or in small groups. You will liaise with other members of staff and parents regarding strategies to support.

Ideally, you will be caring, empathetic, supportive, sensitive and a godo communicator with pupils, staff and parents alike. The successful candidate must be able to offer a sensitive approach to pupils and support them during times of difficulty by putting in place supportive strategies.
