An fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our effective and dedicated pastoral team, to provide a professional and confidential mentoring and support service to pupils in order to promote emotional health and well‐being.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate a passion for developing individual children to enable them to access all learning opportunities.
  • Show flexibility in their approach to each working day.
  • Can manage a case load and prioritise within the protocols of our Academy.
  • Can demonstrate a create approach to achieving positive outcomes.
  • Can build supportive relations with pupils, parents and partner schools.
