Learning Coach - Behaviour job summary
The role
North Oxfordshire Academy are looking to recruit an experienced Behaviour Learning coach on a permanent basis. The role is term time only 37.5 hours a week from 8:00am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. This role has the potential for flexible working, for example school hours 9am - 3pm. Please contact us to discuss.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well led, collaborative and supportive student engagement team (SED). We are seeking to appoint an exceptional person who is perhaps looking to begin a career in teaching and requires experience of working in a school. There will be an opportunity to further develop your skills through working with students running a variety of behaviour support interventions and mentoring projects.
This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring our students have positive learning experiences by working closely with those who present challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, focussed on improvement and have an unconditional positive regard for all young people. You will be supporting with the day to day management and organisation of the Academy's Behaviour support systems.
